COVID-19
ETS has continued to provide EMC testing and consultancy services throughout these challenging times, we have implemented strict measures to ensure the safety of our staff members and customers. We are encouraging all customers to send / deliver units for us to test. For customers that need to be present during testing, arrangements can be made, whilst adhering to government guidelines and restrictions. Please contact us for further information.
Some of the measures that have been implemented are:
- customers must sign our COVID-19 declaration either on arrival or bring it with them
- customers’ temperature is taken on arrival
- we are maintaining social distancing as far as possible
- staff in the Lab wear PPE
- the lab is cleaned daily by our cleaning lady
- we are minimising the number of customers present
- customers are accommodated in designated areas without interaction with other customers or members of staff, except for the assigned engineer
- we have assigned toilet facility exclusively for customers
Customers with the following symptoms will not be permitted to visit ETS:
- Temperature above 37.8C or higher
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of sense of taste or smell
- A new dry persistent cough
